I’ve had more than one session here and am still amazed at the level of professionalism that has been provided each time! There’s always been clear communication for anything involving the appointment and services. Visiting the salon is effortless, convenient, and even enjoyable. The interaction is very quick and everything is explained in such a way that anyoje would understand and leaves little room for confusion or error. My tan has come out great every single time with absolutely no complications. I have had some scheduling conflicts that have been accommodated and the willingness to alter standard procedure based on limitations and personal preference have always been met. As someone with a bigger body, it can be really difficult to find someone in this industry who makes you feel completely comfortable, confident, and never judged. Laura does exactly that. She is professional, kind, and makes the entire experience feel easy and welcoming. Her product is amazing, the color looks natural, and the tan lasts a long time. Brittany did an excellent job tanning me. She was careful and precise and paid attention to detail. I was given all the tips to keep my tan laying as long as possible while on vacation. After rinsing about 4 hours later I was left with a beautiful bronze glow that lasted over a week! Super pleased and will use Alora for my wedding next year!
