Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Alora Spray Tans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services
- All services are provided by appointment only.
- We offer in-studio tanning at our South Austin location and mobile tanning at client homes, hotels, or other approved venues.
- Spray tan results may vary depending on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the tanning process.
- Clients should follow pre- and post-tan instructions to ensure the best results and avoid issues with clothing, bedding, or skin care products.
Payments & Cancellations
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
- We accept credit card and cash payments.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will lead to being charged 100% of your scheduled fee. If you reschedule within 6 hours, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
Mobile Appointments
- For mobile spray tans, the client must provide a safe, clean space with adequate ventilation and access to power if needed.
- Parking or access fees (e.g., for hotels, gated communities) are the client’s responsibility.
Packages & Promotions
- All packages, memberships, and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking to be valid.
Liability
- Alora Spray Tans is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or allergies.
- We are not liable for damage to clothing, furniture, or personal items resulting from spray tan products.
- Alora Spray Tans sends text message updates and responses to retail customers about pricing and promotions. Mobile phone, email and other contact information is used only for the purposes customers consent to when sharing
